Question 1: How do I apply to become a resident at The Grand Lofts?

We require an application fee of $50 per person for all applicants 18 years of age or older. In the event we must decline your application, we will issue a refund of 50%. If you cancel your application for any reason, we will not refund the application fee.
Approved applicants will have their deposit applied towards their security deposit.
Anyone 18 years of age or older who will be living in the apartment must apply and provide a copy of their current driver's license to:

You may fax the form to 860-872-7388 and mail the deposit and along with a copy of your driver's license to 1125 Hartford Turnpike, Vernon, CT 06066.
Please note: Applications will not be processed without a $50 deposit per person 18 years of age or older.
Question 2: Do you require a security deposit?
We request a security deposit of $1,000 due upon lease signing. We will refund the security deposit upon satisfactory completion of the lease terms.

Question 5: Which utilities are included in my rent?
We include sewer and trash pick-up in your monthly rent payments. You are responsible for all other utilities including gas heat, water, electricity and cable/phone/internet.
Question 6: How many people can live in my apartment?
We allow up to two people in a one bedroom and four people in a two bedroom.
Question 7: Can I have pets in my apartment?
Sorry, The Grand Lofts is a pet free community.
Question 8: Is smoking allowed in any of the units?
There is no smoking allowed inside Apartment Homes.
Question 9: What are the rules regarding parking?
All one bedroom apartments have one assigned parking space. A second vehicle can use visitor parking spots, which are plentiful. We assign two parking spots for two bedroom apartments.
Question 10: Are washer/dryers available in any units?
Yes, all of our apartments come equipped with energy efficient front load washers and dryers.
Question 11: What are the amenities available to residents of The Grand Lofts?
Our state-of-the-art clubhouse is just steps away from each apartment at The Grand Lofts. This beautiful facility features a 24 hour fitness room, a cyber lounge, billiards area and an outdoor heated pool.
